01THE BASICS
HOW IT WORKS
Before work begins I'll ask you for everything I need to complete your commission accurately. The more specific you are upfront, the closer the first result will be to what you want.
FOR 2D COMMISSIONS
- Character references (front view minimum, additional angles helpful)
- Pose, expression, and mood
- Any specific clothing, markings, or design details
FOR 3D COMMISSIONS
References are the most important part of the briefing process — more so than in 2D. Here's why:
2D art and 3D sculpture read differently. A design that works flat may look different once it exists in three dimensions — proportions, volume, and surface detail all behave differently in 3D space. This isn't a flaw in the process, it's just the nature of the medium.
To get as close as possible to what you're imagining:
- Provide references from multiple angles where possible
- If you have seen specific 3D work — mine or others — that captures what you want, share it. 3D references translate more reliably than 2D references for 3D work.
- Be as specific as possible about features that matter to you: muscle definition level, body fat, facial structure, species-specific anatomy.
- If you can find an example of a body type from my existing work that matches your vision, share it — it removes ambiguity about scale and proportion before work begins.
If something reads differently in 3D than you expected based on your references, I'll show you at blockout stage before advancing. Changes at that point are included. Changes requested after blockout approval that require structural rework will be quoted separately.
02TIMELINE
QUEUE & TURNAROUND
Commissions are worked in order of deposit received. Your queue position is confirmed when payment clears.
Turnaround estimates are listed on the prices page. At booking I'll give you a realistic start date based on current queue state.
3D commissions: I keep a small active roster to ensure every piece gets proper attention. If slots are currently full I'll let you know when the next one opens.
Prefer to pay over time? Installment arrangements work differently — monthly payment means monthly progress on your piece, with work advancing in step with what's been paid. Mention it when you reach out and we'll work out a plan.
03UPDATES
COMMUNICATION
I provide updates at key stages of your commission without you needing to ask. If you want a status check at any point, reach me on Telegram or Twitter DMs — I respond to all commission communications within 7 days.
If anything on my end affects your commission timeline, I'll let you know promptly — what's changed and what to expect next. You won't be left wondering.
If you haven't heard from me in 30 days without prior notice, follow up. I'll respond.
04CHANGES
REVISIONS
Every commission includes a revision round at sketch stage — this is the point to catch anything that needs adjusting before production begins. Changes get more expensive the later they're requested, not to penalize you, but because undoing completed work costs real time.
What a revision round covers: Refinements to what's already there — adjusting a hand position, tweaking an expression, swapping a clothing detail, adjusting body mass. It does not cover replacing decisions already made. Those are quoted separately before work continues.
Minor tweaks ("make this slightly bigger") are always free and don't count as a revision round.
| Bronze | Silver | Gold | Platinum |
|---|
| Sketch revision rounds | 1 | 1 | 2 | 2 |
| Full body mass rework | +up to 30% | +up to 30% | Quoted separately | Quoted separately |
| Color changes | Up to 3 at final | Up to 3 at final | Locked at flat color | No changes after sketch |
| Post-sketch changes | Quoted before work continues — all tiers |
3D commissions: Revisions during blockout are included — blockout exists specifically for shape approval. Once blockout is approved and work advances, structural changes become significantly more expensive. Body mass reworks after blockout approval require restarting foundational work and will be quoted separately.
05COST
PRICING & QUOTES
Base prices and turnaround estimates are listed on the prices page. These cover a standard single character at the complexity level shown in my examples.
Most commissions involve elements that affect the final price — body type, design complexity, clothing, additional characters, or specific features. I'll always give you a full quote before accepting payment so there are no surprises.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. If you come back after that, prices may have changed.
06PAYMENT
PAYMENT
All prices are in USD. Payment is via PayPal.
- Bronze: 100% upfront before work begins.
- Silver: 50% deposit before work begins, remaining 50% due upon delivery.
- Gold & Platinum: Minimum 30% deposit before work begins. Remaining balance can be paid in installments. Work progresses proportionally to amount paid.
- 3D commissions: Minimum $300 deposit before work begins regardless of total price. Remaining balance by installment agreement. Same proportional work principle applies.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Work does not start until deposit is confirmed received.
07CANCELLATION
REFUNDS
If you need to cancel at any stage, contact me directly and I'll walk you through your options based on where we are in the process.
Bronze: No refunds. Payment is collected immediately before work begins and work starts within 24–72 hours.
Silver: Full refund if requested before sketch begins. No refund once sketch is approved.
Gold & Platinum: I'll calculate what's been completed against what's been paid and refund the difference. If work completed matches or exceeds amount paid, no refund is owed.
3D: Same approach as Gold and Platinum. If cancellation is requested after blockout approval, all completed files in their current state are delivered to you via Google Drive regardless of refund amount.
If I'm unable to complete your commission: You'll receive all completed files in their current state via Google Drive. Any refund owed will be handled according to the terms above.
08FILES & SUPPORT
AFTER DELIVERY
Files are delivered via Google Drive. For 3D commissions, you receive all working files — Blender, Substance Painter, and platform-specific files as applicable.
If you run into issues with your files after delivery, reach out. I want the work to actually work for you.
09USAGE RIGHTS
CONTENT & USAGE
CONTENT
I create both adult and non-adult work. By requesting adult content you confirm you are 18 or older. I do not create content involving minors in sexual or suggestive situations under any circumstances.
CREATIVE CONTROL
I maintain the right to decline any commission that conflicts with my personal limits, without requiring explanation. This applies at the inquiry stage — once a commission is accepted and deposit is paid, I am committed to delivering it.
USAGE RIGHTS
You receive full personal use rights to your commission — personal display, use in games or VRChat, and sharing with credit. Commercial use requires prior discussion.
CREDIT
I ask that you credit me when sharing the work publicly. A tag or mention is enough.
